Refund policy

there are no refunds or exchanges on anything sold here. this is due to the process of pre-orders. that said, i reserve the right to refund or exchange on a case by case basis, if determined to be due to human error on my end.

i am not responsible for items once they have been scanned by the post office. this includes customs and any extra fees that may incur from international shipping.
